Though she's still sick from whatever cold or flu she caught on the boat on the Danube, Gretchen took some pills (especially pseudoephedrine) and went to work at the bookstore in Woodstock. She even took Neville the Dog. The weather was a little warmer today, and for awhile it was even sunny enough that went I went to the mailbox wearing just sweatpants and a teeshirt, it felt nice and springlike. I also heard the first phoebe of the year, though they had probably returned while I was in Eastern Europe.
