A hero to all of Charlottesville is its most recognizable resident, Patrick Reed. Often seen inhaling cup after cup of espresso in the Mudhouse or, so propelled, walking the Downtown Mall, whistleing a merry tune, Patrick is widely acknowledged to be the most impressive lad known to Charlottesville intelligentsia throughout this fair town. His input is to be found adding immeasureably to every project of any note. Fear not that his constant exposure to the streets will lead to illness or chance banana peels; his scarf protects him from the winter chill and his shoes have fresh treads capable of purchase in all but the most demanding of circumstances. Most of the sexiest high school girls will giggle and shyly confess that Patrick is the one they turn to most in their fantasies. And those among the many who have gone beyond fantasy will say that their fantasies were scratchy b-sides to the REAL THING.
When not consuming coffee or catching the eyes of Charlottesville's nubile maidens, Patrick can surely be found serving caffeine to the chronically fatigued masses at Higher Grounds on the Downtown Mall or dispensing wisdom on issues of the day.
